Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Maternity Voices is part of the Local Maternity and Neonatal System and is a partnership of Experts by Experience (Mums, Dads and Families), Service Providers, Commissioners and Other Professionals who have an interest in improving the maternity services in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin for the benefit of both patients and staff.
We don’t discuss individual cases or handle complaints but we look for themes in feedback and for suggestions for improvements. We collate the survey results every three months, and then share the themes we find with the Local Maternity and Neonatal System for them to use this information to shape the future of maternity services. Please note this is not a formal complaint procedure and if you wish to make a formal complaint please go back to your care provider. You can also make an official complaint via Patient Advice and Liason Service (PALS).
