We wanted to find out how dignity, respect, quality of life and independence was being respected and supported in the care environment.

Key Findings

  • The Farmstead is a Residential Home which provides Nursing Care.
  • The home is a relatively new build in Lawley Village, Telford.
  • The Home can accommodate 66 residents and currently have 64, All rooms are single ensuite rooms with toilet, washbasin, and shower.
  • The Home does take hospital discharge and assesses the resident with the hospital before discharge.
  • The home will assess new residents as the information supplied is not always correct.
  • The home has a five-star Food Hygiene Rating.
