Maninplace and Healthwatch Telford & Wrekin are working together to look at health inequalities within homelessness

We know that in a lot of cases homelessness is caused by relationship breakdowns as a result of Mental ill health or addiction 

We are interested in the views of people who have experienced or are experiencing homelessness, what they feel the challenges to sustaining accommodation are and accessing health support.
