    The Silver Line Helpline is a telephone service just for older people. They're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Their friendly, caring team are ready to answer your call and help you in any way they can. Some people call them for a chat, or to tell them about their day. Some call just to say good morning or good night to someone. Others call for information, to get support with something, or to share a concern or worry.

    IAPT helps people with common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. They offer information, guidance and talking therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Counselling.
