    The Wrekin Housing Trust is a large social housing provider providing quality homes and services. Its Supported Housing Unit covers a wide range of services for our most vulnerable customers, both within the Trust and across other tenures.     The forum is open to anybody who wants to discuss all of the personal and scientific aspects of this condition and how it affects their family's lives.
    They aim to support families with newly diagnosed children or any families who wish to discuss raising a child with diabetes.

  • Macmillan Welfare Rights Service Shropshire
    Macmillan Welfare Rights Service is for people living in Shropshire and/or receiving treatment at either the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital or the Princess Royal Hospital (Telford).

    They can advise on what benefits you could claim and also give guidance on issues around housing, employment, help you with applications for benefits and more.

    Macmillan Cancer Support provides support from the moment you're diagnosed, through your treatment and beyond. Offering emotional, physical and financial support.

    This is a patient charity especially for people with macular conditions, offering information and support

    The Telford Support Group meets from 1:30pm to 3:30pm on the second Tuesday of every month at Wellington Methodist Church, New Street, Wellington, Telford, TF1 1LU.

  • Memory Service
    The Memory Service supports people experiencing difficulties with their illness in order that they can live well. They assess, diagnose and offer treatment for people living with Dementia.




  • POhWER
    The NHS Complaints Service is a free and independent service helping people to raise their NHS complaint using the formal processes available. The service helps people through the complaints process by providing information, advice and guidance about their rights/options within the process. Where people require additional support, an experienced qualified advocate is assigned to support them.
