Over the past 12 months we have engaged with many different local groups. Local patient groups and patient participation groups have helped us to highlight the work we do. During that time, we have helped over 1,000 people with information and advice about their local health and social care needs, signposted 31 people who have visited us in our office or contacted us via telephone/email and more...
