Primary Care Needs Assessment – have your say

Healthwatch has been commissioned by the Telford & Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to collect information on how people use primary care services (e.g. GP surgeries), as part of the Primary Care Needs Assessment.

The goal of the Primary Care Needs Assessment is to find out how people use their GP practices. The information we gather will help the CCG to plan the future delivery of these important services, so it is vital that as many people as possible have their say.

To gather the information needed to do this, we will be conducting a brief survey. Healthwatch staff and volunteers will be visiting waiting rooms at GP practices across the region throughout February, affording patients the opportunity to complete the survey while they wait for their appointment.

The survey can also be completed online. Make sure you have your say!

We need you!

Do you volunteer with Healthwatch? We need all hands on deck to carry out the surveying work across Telford and Wrekin. Please get in touch with the office if you’re available to help over the next month!

If you don’t currently volunteer with us but would like to, find out how you can get involved.
