Glanmore - Enter & View Visit Report

We wanted to find out how dignity, respect, quality of life and independence was being respected and supported in the person’s care, and how ‘activity-based’ care supported people to continue to be as active and independent as possible.

Key Findings

  • Glanmore was very homely
  • The Home was clean and tidy in all communal areas
  • Friendly and relaxed atmosphere
  • Residents were well supported by staff members and management
  • Staff felt well supported
  • Residents were encouraged to access the local community
  • Resident made the choices about their daily routines
