Our policies and procedures are discussed and agreed in public board meetings. People are welcome to come along to these meetings to hear the discussions that lead to their adoption, or to voice their own thoughts on the issues they cover.
Minutes from past board meetings are published online too, so you can read about documents that have already been approved.
These documents are made available to the public for download from this page as soon as they are approved by our Board of Directors.
